Trafford Council is seeking a Service Provider to deliver a new care leaver service providing both accommodation and support for up to 5 young people leaving care from the 1st April 2019. This will be a 2 year contract with the option to extend on annual basis until 31st March 2024. The Young People The Service Provider will support young people leaving care between the ages of 16 (i.e. on the school leaving date in the academic year in which they turn 16) up to 21 years with the priority age group being those aged 16-17 years upon admission with medium to high level support needs.
