Capital Works Framework

Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association have established a three year non-binding framework agreement with the option in year three to extend the framework period by up to a further twelve months, subject to continued satisfactory performance reviews. Works will be let via a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with standard amendments.
