The framework includes a wide range of capital projects funded by the Council. The potential types of work are described under the two lots which form the framework. <b>Lot 1 - Property </b> Cumbria County Council's Capital Programme for property provides maintenance, improvements, extensions and new build for a range of Cumbria County Council's property requirements. At present the capital programme includes projects for schools, care-homes, offices and fire stations ranging from £100,000 to over £10million in value.
