Capital Building Works

East Sussex Fire Authority wished to award a contract for multiple Capital Works projects over the next 3 years to refurbish stations to reduce the risk of on site fire contaminant products. It is expected each specific project will cost between £50,000 and £600,000. We plan to spend around £6m across the initial term of this contract but accept that with the constraints on availability of resources and material supply and other factors, we may not manage to achieve it all.
