Nottinghamshire Police ("the contracting authority") wishes to procure a cannabis biodigester that renders seized cannabis plant material non‑recoverable, converting it to grey water for lawful discharge under UK based environmental legislation. The machine must be able to digest "fresh" plants as well as dried leaves with "gummy" edible cannabis products optional but preferred if possible.
