Ofwat has a number of key publications to be published each year to a challenging timetable. In particular, we are currently (2018-19) making decisions within our price review. One of the ways we regulate is to set the price, investment and service package that customers receive. This includes setting limits on the prices the companies can charge their customers. We currently carry out a review of these price limits every five years.
