Provision of an enhanced due diligence / risk management tool to comply with legislation on Anti-Money Laundering ("AML"), Anti-Bribery and Corruption ("ABC"), individual or company background checks (Know your Client "KYC"), a negative news check, sanctions, and politically exposed person (PEP) check and company's litigation history. The contract shall have a two year subscription period with the option for a one year extension. The value of the contract will range between £266,774 and £420,486 excluding VAT depending on the execution of the available extension option.
