The Authority wishes to obtain tenders for the following - The demolition of the following buildings. - Pavilion - Grosvenor House (part) including a section of the Bus Station canopy Contractors design elements to include the following - Making good the exposed end of Grosvenor House and Bus Station canopy The works require the effective co-ordination to allow the surrounding public thoroughfare, bus station and retail shops to remain in operation at all times and to avoid obstruction or delays to vehicles, pedestrians and other users of the surrounding area.
