Building Surveying Services

Bath & North East Somerset Council wishes to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Building Surveying Services. The services to be provided under the framework are more fully described in the Framework Scope, in Appendix C, but may include:- • Building and measured surveys; • Asset management; • Insurance matters; • Feasibility studies; • Property management; • Landlord and tenant services; • Party Wall surveys; • Dilapidations
