Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has established a Framework Agreement for the provision of Building Materials and Equipment to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations.
