Northumberland County Council is the accountable body for the Big Lottery (BL) Building Better Opportunities Northumberland Bridge Project. Bridge is a partnership project to help Northumberland residents who are unemployed and socially excluded to become economically active. The Council has an agreement with VioCes Northumberland, a third sector body, to manage a partnership of voluntary and community sector organisations, to deliver the project.
