Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a supplier for the delivery of its mandatory annual NHS Staff Survey. The requirement will be delivered by means of a full census approach, to the entire workforce of the Authority, comprising of approximately 7,352 staff members and 500 bank staff. The survey must be delivered annually between September and December through the duration of the Contract term. The survey must include a mandatory core questionnaire.
