Westminster City Council's Pest Control team receive on average 1970 requests per year, of which, before the reduction of service a significant number of requests were received from private customers. Currently the pest control team do not take on private customers due to limited capacity in the team and inability to take card payments. Currently, the approximate income generated by each Pest Control officer is £85k per annum.
