BT126 - Project Management Office Support

A series of overlapping workstreams allowing us to build up from the initial strategic set-up through to more detailed assessment and delivery: Workstream 1: Baseline - A rapid maturity assessment of the current governance, tools, templates and processes used to support the delivery of business-critical programmes and projects in the Housing Services directorate. Workstream 2: Programme Management Office - Establish a programme management office which blends the reporting and information required with the required direct interventions in delivery to support agreed outcomes.
