Following recent site energy audits commissioned by Tendring District Council (TDC), at various sites through the district, TDC now wish to engage the services of a specialist consultant to expand further the recommendations of the reports, in line with TDC's carbon reduction policies, and subsequent detailed design to RIBA 4.
