They FCA required daily access to market data. Some of the risks in this requirement is not in place: It would limit the FCA's ability to bring successful criminal and regulatory action. FCA may not effectively review alerts from our surveillance system, with a risk to our commitment to clean markets. The FCA could not monitor for orderly markets.
