Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment on one of their existing properties. This property is currently unoccupied and will be occupied by a prospective tenant with learning difficulties and the current layout, finishes and installations are not fit for purpose to meet the tenants needs. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property.
