This Project is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a Service Provider to provide a small team to deliver practical 1:1 support and guidance to residents to help them understand domestic energy efficiency and how their behaviour can increase/decrease energy consumption. The ultimate aim is to lower the carbon emissions of individual properties, with a tangible benefit to the households in the form of reduced energy costs.
