Stoke-on-Trent City Council (SoTCC) will be constructing a city-wide District Heating Network (DHN) over the next few years. Being a public project, the DHN scheme will be delivered using Building Information Modelling (BIM) Level 2. This will be the first BIM Level 2 project undertaken by SoTCC as an organisation, and therefore the services of a BIM Consultancy to act accordingly as strategic advisors is required.
