Big Birmingham Bikes Delivery

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Big Birmingham Bikes Delivery. To provide management, administration and logistics of delivering of bikes for the Big Birmingham Bikes Scheme. The contract will be for a period of 4 years commencing (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract), with break clauses in years 2, 3 and 4 subject to funding availability.
