This process is time-consuming and vulnerable to errors due to uncaptured or forgotten details. Recent testing of AI products has shown that solutions are available that can record and transcribe conversations non-intrusively. Then extract the key points directly into a predefined template, eliminating the need for manual notetaking and entry. Procurement was conducted under Gcloud 14 framework
