Assessment and Enablement Units Pilot

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is commissioning a six-month Pilot project for 4 bed spaces within an established residential care home in Southend. This is to provide a temporary period of assessment and enablement of people, either following a hospital admission or where there is a risk of hospital admission, who are unable to return directly to/remain at home due to requiring 24/7 assessment and enablement for a period of up to 14 days.
