Architectural Services Framework - Small Scale Residential Development Sites

The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk (the Council) has obtained outline planning permission on parts of Council owned land throughout the Borough. We have been successful on a number of sites and have now decided to take these potential plots forward for residential development. The Council is inviting tenders for architectural services for 7 sites outlined in the specification.
