The services in scope of the framework include the following: • The scope of the framework will include, but not be limited to the maintenance of trees, including pruning, crown raising, crown thinning and reduction, complete removal and disposal of trees, broken branches, dead wood, and stump removals etc. • The framework will include emergency call outs requiring a response within 2 hours, including out of hour attendance if necessary.
