Apprenticeship & Skills Framework

The Learning and Development Service are responsible for the timely and effective identification, commissioning and delivery of learning and development activities within Liverpool City Council, including apprenticeships. There is provision for Halton Borough Council to call of this framework if they decide to do so. From April 2017, the Government funding of apprenticeships is changing.
