APP Scams Evaluation Consultancy

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is establishing a contractual mechanism for the Payments Systems Regulator (PSR), who are seeking to procure a supplier to deliver an independently conducted evaluation of its key policies on Authorised Push Payment (APP) fraud – particularly focussing on the reimbursement requirement.
