The intention of this work is to provide business focussed, system maintenance to Durham University's air conditioning and ventilation equipment to ensure optimum performance and reduce the probability of system failure. This work will include planned preventative and unplanned maintenance activities to Durham University's air conditioning and ventilation systems. The contract will be awarded on an initial 2 year basis with a further 2 year extension available in 12 monthly instalments.
