Affordable Housing Delivery Framework

The Contracting Authority is committed to increasing housing supply in the Borough with a key focus of increasing the supply of affordable housing. Working in partnership with the successful bidders the Contracting Authority will reinvigorate developers' enabling roles and to move into a more collaborative local approach to the housing management services provided in the borough regardless of landlord.The Contracting Authority undertook an assessment of its owned sites with approximately 30 being identified.
