The Council is re-commissioning it's Long Term Home Support Service, which provides support to adults through the provision of personal care and support delivered in peoples' own homes. Support will be delivered within the city of Coventry by adults CQC registered providers who will deliver services through competent and professional care staff to meet requirements under individual support plans.
