Accessible Information Framework Agreement

NHS England required a framework agreement that will allow the organisation to be able to provide staff members with policies, reports, communications and training materials in alternative accessible formats in line with the Disability Unit accessible communications formats. Formats required include: • Easy Read • Audio (audiotape, digital audio files, for example MP3 format, CD-ROM, CD) • Plain English • BSL • Braille and Moon Work will be required on an ad hoc basis with departments seeking quotations at the time
