The Kent County Council (KCC) wishes to invite suppliers to tender for an Abandoned Vehicles Collection and Processing Service. The Provider will be required to remove abandoned vehicles, parts of vehicles, caravans, trailers (including lorry trailers) and the like, in a variety of conditions. Vehicles removed under this agreement are as follows: a) Vehicles which can be classified as a non-road worthy vehicle and are moved either for storage and subsequent collection by a third party, or directly for de-pollution and disposal by the Provider. b) Vehicles which are road worthy, cannot…
