The intention of the scheme is to undertake the works in two phases. Phase 1 to complete the main bungalow alterations then follow on with Phase 2, the conversion of the garage to a carer's annex with kitchenette and shower room. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
