The IncuCyte will be housed in an incubator in cell culture suite room MB343, where it will be used for monitoring a range of cell culture parameters including cell division, cancer cell killing capability, and differentiation of stem cells to targets including neurons and cardiomyocytes. The main users will be PhD students, Master's students and placement students, who will use the kit learn about live cell imaging and to generate datasets to be submitted as part of their research projects.
