The London Borough of Enfield (the "Authority") is seeking to appoint a suitable heavy duty vehicle converter to fulfil an urgent requirement for 36 Refuse Collection Vehicles. Enfield Council has requirements for 14 RCV's in FY 17/18, followed by the balance of 22 RCVs in F/Y 18/19. It is our intention to include the requirements for both financial years in this procurement exercise with the view to achieve further savings.
