Cornwall Council is going out to further competition on CCS framework RM6017 Postal Goods, Services and Solutions. Lot 3 - Collection and delivery of letters, large letters and parcels. To deliver our physical outbound mail requirement ensuring all documentation and information are accurately and efficiently delivered to their destinations. This service is a critical element of transactional communication for the Council and other organisations.
