Rotherham Borough Council are looking for a provider to produce and draft a Masterplan and site options for Rotherham Town Centre, including an implementation plan to turn the vision and plans into reality and also test the viability and deliver-ability of the proposals, plus soft market testing (includes plans, visuals and written documentation).
