Asset Management are a directorate within Places for London whose primary goal is to generate increased non-fare revenue for Places for London, and TfL, through the leasing of property. This request seeks the appointment of a Contractor to undertake the construction works for the Canning Town retail project to create one new commercial unit in the Canning Town LU station ticket hall.
